Even if you’re not a fan, this month’s challenge will make watching football fun for the whole family.
Our September Football challenge will work your entire body.
From arms to back, to abs to glutes and legs. No muscle left behind.
You can watch as many football games as you want.
Pick a team of your choice to win and watch out for tackles, interception, touchdowns, fumbles and more. Each event is assigned a movement like sit-ups, squats, lunges and….of course burpees.
If football is not part of your TV agenda, have your hubby tell you from across the house that commercials are on and challenge him to a few movements. Or pick your favorite TV show and come up with your own rules.
