DELTA LIFE FITNESS JANUARY TABATA CHALLENGE
New Year, New You, Tabata Style!
This January fitness challenge is so much fun!
This month, for our challenge, you will be working your entire body Tabata Style.
You will be doing 3 movements a day.
Do the same movement for a total of 4 minutes, doing 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
Then you can move on to the next movement, doing 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest and so on.
There are a lot of good, free Tabata Apps (Seconds – HIIT Interval Timer is a good one)
or you can just use a stopwatch.
This Tabata challenge is only 12 minutes a day so make sure you give it your all.
Don’t start the New Year cheating yourself.
Stick with it every day to see amazing results.
