This month we are changing it up. This time around movements are only done Monday through Friday. Drumroll please, that means…..
NO movements on the weekend!
We are focusing on two basic movements, squats and lunges. Each day you’ll be doing 1 variation of a squat and 1 variation of a lunge as you increase in reps over the next 4 weeks.
